• Maintaining, troubleshooting and building Windows systems
• Maintenance of anti-virus/end point protection

• Vendor management of IT hardware, Software and Licenses
• Troubleshooting desktop issues, primarily on Windows but also MacOS
• Helping users resolve IT problems.
• Adding/deleting new users
• Managing access control to internal and external resources
• Preparing laptops for new employees
• Jira system maintenance, ticket processing
• Current repairs of employees' equipment
• Repairs of office equipment
• Handling problems with employees' systems
• Active participation in the implementation of new initiatives in the newly established office

• Solid background in working with Windows environments, comfortable across Active Directory, Servers and Office365, Copyright
• Background in solving networking problems within LAN, WAN and VoIP.
• Ability to anticipate load and hardware requirements.
• Ability to source computer hardware that meets the Company's requirements.
• Knowledge of firewall configuration
• Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
• Basic knowledge of the Linux operating system and experience with virtualization platforms
(VMWare)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Background of working within a help desk environment. (Min 4 years)
