The Technical Product Owner is responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy for a diverse set of development streams, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. This role involves frequent communication with clients and managing the development roadmap by orchestrating multiple teams, including core, cloud, client projects and support teams. The Technical Product Owner will oversee a team of engineers and developers across various technologies including .NET, SAP, Python, and more. They will drive product development from conception to release, managing risks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the technical strategy for the project, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a diverse team of developers skilled in WPF, .NET, Python, ABAP, and Java, focusing on both desktop and cloud applications.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance and hands-on leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, set priorities, and manage the product backlog.
  • Ensure the team is delivering high-quality solutions and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to and the overall software development lifecycle including requirements gathering/analysis, design, development, testing, release/version control, deployment, support, and documentation.
  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and product management with a strong focus on .NET and familiarity with SAP and Python.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking and product strategy formulation.
  • Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Fast-learner with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
  • English level: B2 and higher.
