Data Quality Analyst

You will be responsible for establishing and enhancing a group-wide data quality framework in order to support the Data Governance and Data Stewards for the continuous improvement of Data Quality.

• Data Quality Measurement and DQ Sensors - Enhance and maintain the DQ Measurement processes and continuous review of existing and setup of new DQ Sensors across the organization.
• Data Quality Reporting – Enhance and maintain the regulatory Data Quality Report
• Acting as an advisor and service unit for the Chief Data Officer and the Data Stewards to support onetime Data Quality related initiatives and remediation/ improvement projects.
• Acting as an advisor and service unit to operate and support the regularly (weekly, monthly) execution of Data Quality Rules and DQ Performance Scorecards as a permanent process to support the continuous DQ improvement, i.e. develop, establish, execute and own Data Quality assessment methodologies on the Data Lake.

• High knowledge of data analysis, SQL
• Previous experience in financial industry, controlling experience - highly desired
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to details to solve problems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients need
• Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams (on daily basis cooperation with German colleagues).

Nice to have:

• Experience with any of BI reporting tools (e.g Qlik, Cognos, SAS, Xcel etc.)
• Familiar with Data Quality topics
• Experience with any database / Big Data Platform (e.g Hadoop, Sybase, MySQL, Access etc.)

Foreign Language Skills:

• English B2 Level - mandatory
• German- nice to have
