Requirements

Experience level: Mid

  • 3+ years of experience in BA 
  • Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project 
  • Fluent English  
  • Experience in creating system prototypes and user interface 
  • Experience in gathering and documentation requirements 
  • Skills in collaboration with developers and quality testers  
  • Сlose cooperation with business to understand requirements, drive key decisions and resolve issues 
  • Project communications and processes (including tools) set-up and/or improvement experience 
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and different methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban), experience with Agile 
  • Business process definition and modeling in various notations: UML, BPMN  
  • Experience with Fixed Price or Fixed Budget projects  
  • Experience in BA activities estimation at the outset of a project 
  •  Analytical and critical thinking
