Project you can join

We are on the lookout for bright people who will help us improve customer satisfaction by reviewing their problems and providing actionable solutions. You will help us set up and run the Customer Satisfaction Desk so that we can support our portfolio of clients from New Zealand to US West Coast

Main responsibilities:

  • Analysis of problems customers have while using the client’s platform
  • Provision of comprehensive advice to clients in writing via Zendesk
  • Communication with external partners
  • Close cooperation with Account Managers and Developers to ensure efficient information flow
  • Sharing positive attitude with the world on daily basis
