Delivering professional services using our client mobile network testing products for different big customers across Europe, customers being mostly mobile Operators like Bouygues, Vodafone etc. Work can be done remotely but up to 20% travel time may be required once travel is allowed.
Client products can emulate network functions and control and data plane traffic for millions of subscribers consuming IMS and over-the-top services in 5G, LTE, GSM, UMTS, eHRPD and Wi-Fi networks.

As a member of our Support Services team provide customers and end users with product and technical support by performing the following duties:
Off-site test preparation (test equipment/performances/feasibility validation)
On-site or off-site test or training deliveries with Spirent test equipment.
Off-site or on-site test report writing for related test deliveries.
Other duties as assigned/required.
Diverse problem solving requires evaluating best practices - both for high customer satisfaction and higher process efficiency within the team.
Decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
The clients are located in EMEA and the travel time is ~ 20%.
Who we're looking for?
➢ Understanding of data communications concepts as well as existing and future 3GPP and 3GPP2 network architectures.
➢ Knowledge of LTE or UMTS or GPRS or IP Multimedia solutions for wireless operators
➢ Understanding of wireless technologies and mobile core devices such as: X-CSCF, PCRF, HSS, AAA, SGSN, GGSN, Home Agent, WAP Gateway.
➢ Knowledge of wireless networks protocols such as: PPP, IPv4, IPv6, Proxy Mobile IP, GTP, Iu, Gb, Radius, Diameter.
➢ Understanding of networking concepts: Ethernet, PIM, VLAN, TCP/IP, QoS
➢ Experience with some of the following is a plus: BGP, OSPF, ISIS, HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP, POP3, DNS, CIFS, NFS, telnet, streaming media (Microsoft, Real, QuickTime), SNMP, DHCP, IPv6, P2P
➢ Customer oriented, ability to work with customers in a professional manner
➢ Formal training and certification in networking concepts such as Cisco or Spirent certification a plus
➢ Experience using Spirent Communications test equipment a plus
