Your tasks


  • Asist to Senior Incident Solvers with most complex cases in the area
  • Responsible for service tickets handling within given SLA
  • Responsible for line demands delivery within given area
  • Responsible for deployment of given business needs into systems
  • Support consistency of proposed solutions with the core model, communicates and stresses the benefits of standardization within design of IT Architecture
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Support incident reporting
  • Responsible in her/his respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)

• Good written and spoken communication in English, Polish is advantage, German is welcome.

• Will to learn logistic processes and get familiar with SAP one of following modules MM, SD, APO, IBP

• Will to learn SAP programming

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP systems on any level

• Knowledge of programing (C++, Java, JavaScript, ABAP)

• Experience (even small) in building and using data extraction, data cleansing, data mapping, data migration and data quality assurance tools

• Knowledge of logistic processes

• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Understanding of complete business processes and multi layer dependencies

• Ability to work in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams

• Outstanding communication skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage

• Knowledge of German would be an advantage

• Knowledge of Czech/Slovak/Bielarusian/Bulgarian/Croatian/Hungarian/Dutch/Spanish/Hindi might also help and some colleagues in our office missing conversation partners in this languages 😊
