  • Conducting SCRUM activities, and meetings to support design workshops.
  • Providing Effective planning, as well as follow-up on tasks and deliveries outside the developer team.
  • Helping the team leader to manage and monitor the developer team’s development budget.
  • Helping to facilitate knowledge sharing across all 3 developer teams in the department, as well as the developers' own learning.
  • Helping manage the documentation platform for the overall banking platform.

 

  • 1+ year of experience as a certified Scrum Master.
  • Relevant IT education or similar experience.
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills of teams and individuals.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar Agile tooling.
  • Excellent English skills. 

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience as a technical writer or experience in a similar position.
  • Danish language skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft C# .NET as well as Microsoft Azure.
