We are currently looking for :

  • Position:  | Application Specialist with German
  • Level: | Junior / Regular
  • Location: | Torun / Poland  & hybrid & remote

  •  Supporting customers in the implementation and configuration of eProcurement systems
  • Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to eProcurement systems
  • Communicate with customers via email or phone to resolve technical issues and respond to inquiries
  •  Advising customers on the use of eProcurement systems and technical concepts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers have the best possible experience with our products and services

  •  Experience in the field, IT, commercial activities
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • You see a high level of customer and service orientation combined with excellent consulting quality as a matter of course
  • Team player, commitment and reliability are the best descriptions of you
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way
  • Initial experience in programming skills (Java, C++, C#) is an advantage, but not a must
  • Experiencein ticket systems (e.g. Jira) is an advantage, but not a must
