- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with software development teams
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JAVA, and Python
- Ability to manage projects and solve problems
- Proficient in English communication
