Develocraft is looking for a Team Leader SAP Basis, who will work for one of our international clients. In this project, you will be a part of the team in the company that is a leader in the distribution of metallurgical products and plastics in Poland.

- Managing an in-house team of SAP Basis consultants.
- Nurturing the professional growth of team members.
- Orchestrating the team's workflow.
- Setting and overseeing personal development targets and corporate objectives, as well as conducting individual performance assessments and feedback sessions.
- Offering support to team members and cultivating their commitment.
- Analyzing and presenting monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Providing guidance to the team in their daily duties to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with clients and functional leaders.
- Minimum 4 years of practical experience in SAP Basis, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, and fluency in German is seen as a valuable advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, coupled with a strong inclination towards collaboration.
- Advanced comprehension of SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the company's objectives.
- Proficient multitasking, adept time management, and strong organizational capabilities.
