Internship - License Administrator

As a license administrator, you will be responsible for supporting businesses in keeping control of the licenses used within the Volvo Group. What would be your responsibilities then?

• We have planned to introduce you to our activities and processes, which include efficient use of office tools (O365, SAP (System Analysis Program), ServiceNow, EBD (Enterprise Buyer Desktop), organizational structure, IT Software Order Management process, worldwide purchase orders management, and financial management process.
• You will be supporting our Volvo Group IT stakeholders globally by securing correct purchase order management including payment verification.
• We have also planned to involve you in our Power BI reporting activities, such as testing, UX (User eXperience), and creating the actual report.
• We would like to walk you through the business application documentation process, including the usage of templates, job-specific language, and documentation verification.

If the time allows, you might be introduced & involved also in additional activities – we have some activities prepared for such an occasion!

You will join the Team of highly skilled individuals at IT Software Order Management. The team consists of five IT Specialists and a Digital Product Owner (Team Lead) , who support the license management process for the Volvo Group IT. It is worth mentioning that you will get the opportunity to get to know how this one of the bests on-the-market solutions for IT license management works.
