The position requires a quality-focused and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a demonstrated track record of providing solutions for high-priority business goals and strategic management decisions. The incumbent should be a skilled troubleshooter and problem solver with the ability to translate business processes and problem statements into requirements. The incumbent must be able to deliver results within tight timelines. Essential Job Functions:
Work with data scientists on designing and executing various statistical tests
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
Scanning through data generated by various operational data sources to develop meaningful insights
Provide decision support through development of processes, tools, reporting and complex data analytics
Analyze and interpret metrics, communicate findings and make appropriate recommendations to decision
Program, format, extract and manipulate data to support analysis
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Role Specific Experience: relevant technical and business work experience
Extensive experience as a Data Analyst Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies
Certification Requirements: Cisco DevNet certification is a plus

Technical skills include knowledge of database languages such as SQL, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Tableau
Advanced knowledge of specific data analytics area, processes, data workflows, standards, and business practices
Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
