The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP HCM DE Payroll module, with a focus on configuring and optimizing Payroll processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM DE PY module to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payroll processes and ensure accurate configuration.
- Provide expertise in the implementation and integration of SAP HCM DE PY solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM DE PY-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry best practices to enhance system functionality.
- Participate in system testing, user training, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM DE PY Consultant with hands-on configuration skills.
- Strong understanding of DE payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
