- demonstrating basic knowledge of any modules in:
- SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central or Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Recruitment)
- SAP HCM - Time Management, Payroll, Personal Administration
- Knowledge of processes related to SAP HCM ad/or SuccessFactors
- good knowledge of HR processes
- high analytical and problem-solving abilities
- independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
- strong teamwork skills
- good knowledge of English
- certification in any SF module is an asset
