  • min. 2 years of experience in SAP HCM/SF customer support or implementation projects
  • demonstrating basic knowledge of any modules in:
    • SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central or Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Recruitment)
    • SAP HCM - Time Management, Payroll, Personal Administration
  • Knowledge of processes related to SAP HCM ad/or SuccessFactors
  • good knowledge of HR processes
  • high analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
  • strong teamwork skills
  • good knowledge of English
  • certification in any SF module is an asset
