We are happy to welcome a new Junior Analyst on a full-time basis to our Poznan office.

Job description:

As a Junior Analyst, you will be mainly responsible for maintaining analytical services currently provided by the company to its clients, and actively supporting data processing in consulting projects for marketing, sales, and other departments of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will join one of our project teams to find business solutions through:
  • data integration and preparation,
  • performing exploratory analysis to understand trends and patterns in data,
  • defining and developing econometrical or machine learning models,
  • maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of ML models,
  • supporting processes of transforming analytical outcomes into dynamic software tools
  • internal and client-side communication and preparation of main insights of the project.

  • Strong analytical skills, as well as an understanding data relationships,
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • At least basic knowledge of R and packages (or other programming languages) for data preparation, visualization, and modeling.
  • Good knowledge of basic statistical techniques (e.g. statistical tests, correlations, cross tables), knowledge of multidimensional techniques (e.g. regression analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis) will be an advantage,
  • Knowledge of English is required, knowledge of German will be appreciated.
  • Educational background: preferably Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Computer Science (senior year students).
  • If you study, your availability to work should be at least 80% time (120 hours/month)
