• You will be responsible for executing the implementation of an online platform by following best practice processes and utilizing standard applications and functionalities when relevant.
  • Gathering and validating business requirements, including legal obligations, integrations, and reporting needs, during implementation projects.
  • Configuring application settings and parameters during the course of implementation projects.
  • Designing solutions to address any gaps during implementations or system enhancements.
  • Creating and delivering training on solutions to users within the functional area ("train the trainer") and ensure the use of the platform documentation in this process.
  • Communicating with Super Users and Local Process Owners in the functional area throughout the implementation projects.

  • At least 1.5 years of experience working as a Consultant or Key User in MS Dynamics 365 (areas related to customer service or sales).
  • You have good knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or MS Dynamics AX 2012 with expertise in one or more functional areas or modules.
  • You participated in implementation projects.
  • Being accustomed to working directly on implementation projects following established methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in handling projects based on defined business processes.
  • You have a very good command of English (B2/C1).
  • You are comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days from the office in Poznań, 2 days remotely).
  • You are ready for business trips 50% of the time (every other week).
