Responsibilities
- Lead the cloud operations team and manage Azure environments.
- Oversee IT service management processes: incident, problem, and change management.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Develop strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with Azure DevOps

- You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar
- Proven leadership and team management experience.In-depth knowledge of Azure services and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and other industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German language nice to have
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
