We’re looking for an enthusiastic problem-solver and strategic thinker with a strong passion to understand and improve the overall experience of end-users. Within a multidisciplinary team of front-end engineers, user-experience designers, user researchers and other professionals you will design and continuously improve patterns and the end-to-end experience of the product. Your work will be key in creating useful, usable, and delightful new and existing solutions and patterns.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Work in an international environment, being responsible for divisional level deliverables.
• Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for portfolio of products.
• Being responsible for optimizing the designs that are developed, working closely with design technologists to test their usability.
• Being responsible of the general UX/UI quality of the patterns.
• Improve and document the UX production process making sure the steps and methodology are clear.
• Work as a point of contact between the UX team and the Product Design System team, ensuring that divisional patterns can be reused at a corporate level and collaborating on testing and optimization of the Product Design System.
• Work within Lean design process, while efficiently exploring design concepts, iterating and validating design alternatives.
• Be an ambassador of design thinking and a user-centered process.
• Help to improve the UX process to raise the UX maturity.
• Help design accessible components to ensure product meets WCAG AA standards. 

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of UX design experience, preferably in an agile environment.
• Experience with design systems and UX patterns.
• Familiarity with principles of Lean Product and Lean UX principles.
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and motion design.
• You are both a self-starter and team-oriented, with a willingness to teach and learn.
• You are open to feedback and have no issues receiving (constructive) criticism.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience collaborating with UX, product, and tech teams.
• Comfortable leading international workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in designing complex online applications with a focus on simplicity.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, user research, testing, and basic accessibility standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, Information Architecture) is a plus.

Portfolio should showcase a history of creating user interfaces that bring value to the customers. Projects that includes design work for complex online applications will be a big plus.
