WHAT WILL YOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS BE LIKE?

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • You have min. 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions for customers.
  • You have knowledge of SAP cloud solution architecture for HCM and implementation and integration models for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You are familiar with business processes related to SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM (employee development, recruitment, evaluation, training, succession, compensation, HR and payroll administration).
  • You communicate fluently in English and German.
  • You have the following skills: analytical, teamwork and fast learning.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge.
  • You can skillfully lead a team in the role of lead consultant.
