- Prepare prePROD environment to enable FSFO (Fast-Start Failover).
- Synchronize Data Guard and troubleshoot any issues or errors.
- Rebuild standby databases as necessary.
- Manage DB service creation and validate services at the PDB level.
- Create new databases and handle the migration of old PDBs to new containers.
- Activate FSFO and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Execute switchover and failover tests in the prePROD environment.
- Perform DB-level patching and apply OS-related changes (Unix processes, load management, daemon management) as needed.
- Handle RAC issues in disaster recovery (DR) environments.
- Set up and manage Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) microservices and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Implement changes in the production environment.

- 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Databases (versions 12c to 19c), with expertise in RAC and Data Guard.
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency with Oracle management tools such as Data Guard, RMAN, and Data Pump.
- Strong understanding of architecture design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Practical experience managing Oracle in a production RAC (ASM) environment (particularly version 19c).
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle GoldenGate and FSFO, including troubleshooting and observers.
- Strong understanding of storage systems and processes like change management and incident management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Support Request (SR) handling and OEM architecture.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
