We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative ServiceNow Consultant (Senior) for one of our key clients. The candidate will work primarily in consulting, migration, development, and maintenance within our Client's IT department. As part of a 9-member Agile team, you will work full-time in a long-term position, fully remotely. Your daily responsibilities will include providing expertise on ServiceNow platform, identifying and understanding client requirements, implementing technological solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Recruitment Process

  • Initial Acceptance: Our team will review all applications and shortlist candidates who meet our criteria.

  • Qualifying Interview: our Client will conduct a thorough screening to assess the candidate's fit for the role and our Client's company (1 hour).
  • "Say hello" meeting with the Project (Client): Finalists will be invited for a comprehensive interview to discuss their competencies and expectations (20 mins).

Scope of duties:

  • Craft & configure ServiceNow modules for streamlined professional & managed services (CSM & SPM)
  • Migrate ITSM processes to new Delivery Platform using CSM & SPM
  • Build custom workflows, forms & automation for time & material & fix-price projects (ServiceNow development tools & scripting)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, BOs & POs to deliver ServiceNow consultancy & solutions

  • 6+ years industry experience | 4+ years ServiceNow Consultant (CSM & SPM)
  • Master of "out-of-box" process customization & ServiceNow development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs)
  • Expert in update set creation, promotion, testing, and production deployment
  • Confident in ServiceNow ATF & application lifecycle management
  • B2+ English (multilingual environment)
