Who We Are Looking For?

  • A strong technical background with experience in data engineering, preferably in HR or People Analytics.
  • Proven experience in building and managing data pipelines and models using tools like DBT, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, privacy and the sensitivity around handling data, preferably HR related data from systems such as Workday, Greenhouse and Culture Amp.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across different geographies and functions.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experience in version control using Git and automating infrastructure with Terraform.
