Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Key Essentials:

• Provide technical enablement to clients embarking on application development journeys on cloud platforms.
• Offer solutions to complex problems encountered on cloud platforms, leveraging your expertise.
• Guide clients in selecting the appropriate cloud platform technologies for their projects.
• Establish development environments and replicate client issues to facilitate problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively with clients, using the appropriate level of technical language to ensure clarity.
• Take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Articulate the business value of cloud computing and assist clients in evaluating the platform successfully.
• Collaborate with clients on existing support programs to create roadmaps and support application development on cloud platforms.
• Identify customer requirements such as budget, timeline, and decision-making processes, and align solutions accordingly.

• Proficiency in coding and development specifically within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Possession of Azure Developer Associate AZ-204 Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles within technical sales, consulting, or support.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Language(s) Required: English- minimum level C1 required.
• Nice to have: experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
• Experience in AI would be an asset.
