- Develops comprehensive test plans outlining the overall testing strategy for each project.
- Conducts thorough software testing to ensure proper functionality and defect-free operation before deployment.
- Accurately documents any issues encountered and implements improvements to existing procedures, while also designing potential future configurations.
- Performs workflow analysis and recommends enhancements to improve quality.
- Establishes metrics and methodologies to quantitatively measure software quality.
- Defines advanced testing standards and methods, conducting complex software tests as needed.
- Contributes to the review and assessment of software quality assurance products and services for internal use.
- Assists in selecting software test engineers for project assignments and provides mentoring, occasionally managing junior test engineers.

- Over 5 years of experience in software testing, with a deep understanding of QA processes and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive hands-on experience with automation frameworks, particularly Robot Framework.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker.
- A collaborative team player, committed to delivering high-quality results in cross-functional environments.
