What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for your team’s process, delivery, and execution.
  • Partner with product managers and customers to create your team’s roadmap.
  • Set pace and lead by example through contributions, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Conduct proactive weekly planning, setting goals, assigning tasks.
  • Hold retrospectives to reflect on team execution.
  • Document and scrutinize Project Plans for structured delivery.
  • Ensure continuous and visible project progress, proactively identifying blockers.
  • Manage operational excellence, including monitoring and alerts.
  • Balance product development with technical debt.

This is a high-impact role with room for improvement on team execution and customer impact.
