WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

As a Technical Product Manager, you continuously translate overarching business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications. In this role you:

  • Analyze and evaluate global market trends and bring in the outside perspective.
  • Develop (IT) products, from concept to launch, in an international business environment.
  • Are an ambassador of your products to senior stakeholders and you seek alignment on critical strategic product decisions.
  • Develop products that create value for our customers.
  • You lead and manage agile teams or strategic projects.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.
  • Experience in leading strategic/cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills.
  • Ideally - experience with HR Products development management.
  • Experience translating business requirements into products.
  • Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level.
  • Experience in steering vendors effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solutions.
  • Experience managing international teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners.
  • Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit.
  • You are flexible for business travels.
