As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading insurance company, to enhance their digital transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions to support the company’s evolving business needs.
Your main responsibilities:
- Monitor deployed Microsoft 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance and security
- Present the capabilities of available Microsoft 365 tools to IT and business teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes
- Configure and customize the Microsoft 365 environment to meet specific business needs
- Support the development of user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption
- Optimize license utilization to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Proven experience in supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- Experience in project management
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn
