We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to ensure the stability, configuration management, and support of non-production environments (Development, QA, and UAT). This role plays a critical part in maintaining high software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by collaborating closely with development teams, project stakeholders, managers, and end users.
You will be part of the Neo Dev Support, a global team that enables development teams to deliver business functionality into digital platforms. Working alongside engineers across multiple locations, you will contribute to a high-volume, dynamic platform, ensuring its stability and reliability.
You will leverage your expertise and a range of tools to enhance the deployment and delivery process, making it more efficient, reliable, and automated.
