About the role
PTP is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to help design and deliver Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will champion customer experience, manage multiple functional areas, and demonstrate strong testing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify testing efforts based on design and requirement documents
- Write test cases for functional and regression testing
- Create test data to support test cases
- Execute web application test cases
- Anticipate tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitor test progress
- Work with project tools for test case execution and defect reporting
- Present testing status
- Collaborate with clients and partners
- Support client User Acceptance Testing
- Assist clients in understanding scope
- Assist in test automation efforts
Required skills:
- 4+ years in web application test case writing
- 4+ years in web application test case execution
- 4+ years with web application testing best practices
- 4+ years writing SQL queries
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in complex client environments
- Proactive approach to drive deliverable completion
- Ability to interact with diverse groups
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in ADLM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Experience in a remote environment
- Previous government testing experience
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca or other test automation tools
