Nethermind is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support various teams and projects. You will work with leading minds in the blockchain ecosystem to build the future of Web3. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing workflows, fostering high-performing team culture, and understanding the full scope of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and stakeholder communication.
- Remove blockers and improve team efficiency.
- Ensure transparent and professional communication.
- Implement project management best practices.
- Facilitate project meetings (goal setting, planning, etc.).
- Analyze, plan, and develop project requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to project teams.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project activities.
- Create and share project update reports.
- Manage hiring and staffing processes.
- Maintain and manage project financials.
- Prioritize task backlog and lead product roadmap initiatives.
- Hold regular technical team meetings.
- Contribute to project management best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Support and integrate interns.

- Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and software architecture.
