We are looking for 2 students who would like to expand their skills in the areas of project coordination, data analytics, reporting and process standarization. Your daily work will provide invaluable support to experienced managers in the Global Infrastructure department. The person employed in this position will participate in the daily activities of the company and support the Digital Workplace team. This role is ideal for a working student looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic, international environment.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Support the coordination of routine projects by consolidating data, tracking progress, and managing project documentation
- Assist with project management office activities, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met
- Provide administrative support for projects within Central European Service Operations
- Ensure effective collaboration among team members
- Analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions
- Creativity and the ability to identify problems, as well as a willingness to seek solutions
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, filtering, formulas, XLS), Power Point, Power BI, MS Notes
- Ability to present analysis results in a way that is understandable to others
- Understanding of basic IT concepts as well as business needs
- An Agile mindset
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
