THE WORK:
Join our Salesforce team as a Solution Architect supporting a project in the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored for the B2B Telco market. Your role will involve managing stakeholder requirements, ensuring architectural integrity, and solving technical challenges across marketing, sales, contracting, fulfillment, and service processes. You will work with advanced Salesforce technologies including CPQ tools and contribute to high-quality technical documentation and business analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technology
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with CPQ tools – preferably Vlocity or Conga
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and optimization
- Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and maintain architectural integrity
- Basic knowledge of integration topics
- Comfort working with processes such as marketing campaigns, B2B sales, contracting, fulfillment, and service requests
- Proficiency in Polish and English
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
- Experience in analyzing business requirements
