Required Qualifications:
- Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Delivery Controller, StoreFront, user profile management (UPM, FSLogix), Citrix policies
- Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
- Experience with Citrix delivery methods: MCS, PVS, Manual provisioning
- Experience with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
- Knowledge of Citrix WEM
- Strong Windows Desktop skills
- Windows Server management
- Active Directory and GPO management
- Basic networking knowledge
- PowerShell scripting
- Eager to take the initiative, working independently
- Possessing strong technical and communication abilities
Optional Qualifications:
- Experience with Citrix DaaS and cloud/hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Basic knowledge about hypervisors
