Your tasks
- Support E-commerce team of the largest and most successful Swiss department store group – MANOR
- Handle 2nd level tickets in the area of Hybris backend and frontend systems.
- Receive complex questions and incident reports of all kinds
- Develop solutions in cooperation with suppliers (3rd level support)
- Control, monitor as well as ensure the operation of the E-commerce systems
- Atlassian user management (opening users, granting authorizations, etc)
- Test and accept of platforms (hardware and software) for operation
- Create reports (on demand) directly from the DB
- Supervise, support and instruct the users in problem solving
- Ensure the on-call service with the team
Project description
For MANOR department store group we're looking for an SAP Hybris Specialist with good knowledge of SAP Hybris and SQL.
If you have previous experience with Hybris support and good knowledge of German and English we'd love to share more!

- Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
- Experience in E-commerce environment is an advantage
