5-10 years of commercial experience in Java (essential), with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices
Familiarity with additional programming languages such as C++ or Python
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
Experience using Git for version control in collaborative development environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions for the settlement of global securities transactions
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions to complex problems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
