Wipro is currently looking for .NET Developer with Czech language to join a team of professionals dedicated to one of our biggest client from energy industry in Europe.
Your tasks
- You need to ensure all services are up and running for applications .
- Responsible for logging tickets/calls, monitoring Inc , assigning incidents to respective team or assignment groups in ServiceNow tool .
- Providing ( 4th ,5th & 6th level ) of remote technical support or co-ordinate with offshore team for resolution .
- Making sure that the tickets/calls are responded within the required time frame to meet the SLAs.
- Escalating the calls to support manager if tickets are not responded or resolved within the time frame.
- Preparing and scheduling daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and sending the reports to clients and managers.( Mostly prepared by Offshore )
- Managing and maintaining the workflow, client contacts, support contracts, SLA details, escalation matrix, performance metrics, time entries etc. as per client requirement .( Mostly prepared by Offshore )
Who we're looking for?
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS.
- Proficiency with server side languages such as .Net.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MS SQL.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to details.
