About ITSM team:

We are a global IT Service Management team delivering services for over 40000 Aptiv users located in more than 125 manufacturing facilities and 12 major technical centers worldwide in 44 countries. 

We use ServiceNow as system to manage IT services, we enabled ServiceDesk, Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management along with Configuration Management Database. We are making sure that millions of transaction on monthly basis and being smoothly processed by our wider IT team. 

Your role:

  • Develop CMDB standards, plans and procedures and coordinate implementation 
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers responsible to operationally support CMDB
  • Ensure quality of data in CMDB 
  • Assure proper adoption and understanding of CMDB within IT
  • Review suppliers compliance with SLAs and assure smooth operations
  • Adopting industry best practices 
  • Build plans to improve quality of CMDB and address recognized gaps
  • Enable reporting and dashboards for CMDB data owners (Tower Leads) allowing them to make sure all data are proper quality
  • Work with ServiceNow Manager to define and plan changes needed in ServiceNow and ensure testing before promoting to production instance
  • Work with Change Management Process Owner to make sure all relevant changes to data in CMDB are maintained in according change management processes
  • Work with all other Process Owners including but not limited to Incident Management and Request Management to make sure that data managed in CMDB provides benefits in those processes

Who we're looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems
  • 5+ years of the relevant work experience including at least 3 years in Microsoft 365 space
  • Good understanding of ITIL, Foundation certification as a minimum
  • Microsoft Certification out of listed (Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert)
  • Extensive service support experience in outsourced environments and understanding business impacts of services outages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated, Adaptable and Positive personality with willingness to develop leadership skills in a team oriented results driven environment
