There are not many roles that touch as many areas of GSK as a Senior Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring GSK’s social media and paid media platforms but also you will have an opportunity to get to know Pharma and Consumer Healthcare areas.

• Become an expert in the configuration management of GSK’s social media and paid media platforms Ensures the use of relevant Pharma Tech / central services and collaborating with service partners in identification and delivery of service improvements
• Supports Product Owner and product engineering teams to deliver value continuously, fostering and maintaining close links with customers, related Solution groups e.g. Sales, Marketing and Contacts Center and Commercial Data & Analytics
• Ensures continuity of business execution i.e. operational support for relevant applications
• Proactively develops and delivers continuous improvement/simplification of Product portfolio to enhance user productivity, increase system reliability and reduce the total cost of ownership
• Contributes to release planning working closely with the Product Owner

• Experience in configuration management of social media and paid media platforms (i.e. Facebook Business Manager, Sprinklr, Google DV360)
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and social listening
• Practical knowledge of customer segmentation, audience creation and modern media buying methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of access management controls

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of working in Agile
