As a Product Owner at Miinto you will take the lead in many areas of product development. Being a part of an international, diverse team of ambitious and dedicated subject matter experts will inspire you to envision the future goals for the development project. We’re looking for a professional with wide experience and “can do” attitude to set direction and execute the strategy. This role is all about responsibility, planning and being a team builder. All it takes is a bit of humour, a touch of knowledge, a smidgen of experience and a whole lot of good attitude!

Your tasks

What you'll do:

  • Set the direction and take the lead for your domain
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities 
  • Ensure the vision and direction is adopted and aligned with Agile development team(s) and stakeholders 
  • Answer “what”, “why” and “when” features and products are built in collaboration, empowering the development team to own “how” features and products are built
  • Ensure that the development team always has an adequate amount of prior-prepared and clear tasks to work on
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with organization strategy
  • Lead the product release planning and ensure successful and impactful delivery of new functionalities
  • Follow and research our markets, users, competitors and the industry 

Who we're looking for?

  • Previous proven experience as a Product Owner or similar for 3 years
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A leader and entrepreneur  
  • Strong attention to detail
