Voice Recording /Cisco IP Telephony Support Lead
to take care of the L2/L3 issues & implementation work
to operate the Cisco telephony environment,
to assure operational effectiveness with the move, add, & changes
to ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and expedited manner leveraging Kurmi, Nectar and Proteus toolset
Cisco IP Telephony expertise.
Who we're looking for?
Solid understanding of ITIL concepts for Service Management control of the CIPT estate.
Significant operational knowledge of Verba voice recording platform to assist with Voice Recording requests on the CIPT platform.
Will assist in the removal of any configuration data from the Avaya telephone systems being decommissioned with the deployment of Cisco IP Telephony.
