- Cooperating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive the execution of projects within the ServiceNow CSM platform, addressing the backlog of initiatives
- Engaging with IT and business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze their requirements related to the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ServiceNow CSM expanded functionality
- Working closely with the ServiceNow Architect and development teams to translate gathered requirements into actionable and effective solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives
- Identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline existing processes within the ServiceNow CSM platform, proposing improvements that align with industry standards and organizational goals
- Creating clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, functional specifications, and process flows, facilitating effective communication and project tracking
- Collaborating with testing teams to develop test cases and validate that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated expertise in working with ServiceNow, specifically in the context of Customer Service Management (CSM). Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM's expanded functionality is a must
- Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing IT and business stakeholder requirements effectively
- Participation in the transformation project will be an advantage
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows
- Excellent communication skills
