We are looking for a talented Audio Signal Processing Engineer to be part of a small team of developers focused on making video collaboration an amazing experience, and the products you create will be used by thousands of people every day. This position reports to the head of the VC Audio Algorithms team.
● Work with the VC Audio Algorithms team to support audio software maintenance and development
● Use audio engineering software tools to diagnose audio problems
● Use simulation tools to prototype audio processing
● Document all work thoroughly in a clear and concise manner
MUST
● Proficiency with both C++ and Python
● Familiarity with MATLAB
● Proficiency with digital audio fundamentals and terminology
● Proficiency with real time audio signal processing in C++
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Familiarity with Fourier mathematics
● Proficiency with signals & systems theory
● Proficiency with audio engineering tools (editors, offline processors, etc.) for diagnosis/debug
● Proficiency with software version control systems and practices
● Proficiency with object-oriented software design
● Demonstrated commitment to crafting efficient, well-documented code
● Ability to communicate and work effectively in a distributed team environment
