Scientific Business Analyst – pharmaceutical industry

Join our team as a Scientific Business Analyst working on projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have a real impact on the lives and health of more than 15 million patients! By implementing the projects of Sii's key, long-standing client, you will get the chance to develop in the field of pharmaceutical R&D, and clinical trials. You will work closely with the product manager to understand the stakeholder's business needs, visions, and expected outcomes.

Your role

• Creating personas and customer journeys
• Working in the field of general cybersecurity/data security service in the pharmaceutical industry
• Translating requirements into specifications, creating high-quality documentation, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshop techniques 
• Elicitication and defining requirements on many levels (User requirements, functional and non-functional requirements) 
• Ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements, providing the right level of detail to the specific stakeholders
• Managing and working with stakeholders in order to understand business needs 
• Defining and setting the scope of the project, release and sprint

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Big data know-how for data management, storage, data transfer, performance, cloud-based solutions (AWS), general modern tools that are state of the art for modern scientific data management, lab instruments, and their integration
• Lab experience, worked in labs in the past – nice to have
• Great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Polish is not required
• Residing in Poland required
