  • Data Strategy: collaborating with key stakeholders such as Technology, B2C & B2B, Finance, HR to develop and implement solutions which will bring maximum value to customers
  • Advanced Data Analysis: analyzing complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques to define patterns and insights that drive strategic decision-making

In the Operations Department, we focus on proactive failure prevention and quick resolution of problems reported by customers. We manage the maintenance of networks, infrastructure and IT applications.

We supervise the network on a 50-meter screen, monitor and support applications 24/7, analyze customer satisfaction with the services we provide and improve our operational processes to make our network even more reliable, redundant and optimized. Thanks to the work of over 180 people from our department - everything WORKS!

  • Extensive Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading analytical projects and teams
  • Advanced Technical Skills: experience in designing, creating and operating relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB);experience/ knowledge in GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, AWS, Azure, Python, SQL ML flow / ML@OPS Pandas, Numpy, Big Data (PySpark), sciKit-Learn, Tensorflow Keras; ability to maintain, deploy and train predictive models
  • Leadership: strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the team of data analysts and scientists, fostering their growth and development
  • Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically and translate data insights into actionable business strategies and recommendations
