About the role. You will:
- Gather requirements and design improvements, as well as new features, for internal processing areas.
- Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities.
- Develop and maintain WebCon system.
- Be responsible for coordinating a team of analysts and developers.

About the requirements. You need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation.
- Ability to efficiently communicate with business.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes.
- Very good command of English.
- Great command of Polish language, being fully confident collaborating with Polish native speakers (at least C1).
- To be able to write complex SQL queries.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
