About the role. You will:

  • Gather requirements and design improvements, as well as new features, for internal processing areas. 
  • Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities. 
  • Develop and maintain WebCon system.
  • Be responsible for coordinating a team of analysts and developers.

About the requirements. You need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation. 
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with business. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes. 
  • Very good command of English. 
  • Great command of Polish language, being fully confident collaborating with Polish native speakers (at least C1).
  • To be able to write complex SQL queries. 
  • At least a bachelor's degree.

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

  • You are a certified WebCon professional. 
  • Experience with the SCRUM working model. 
  • Familiarity with the Comarch Optima ERP system.
