Technical Business Analyst

• Act as a liaison between Product Control and development teams to ensure alignment on business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions or workshops to upskill developers on financial concepts and Product Control processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., process flows, glossaries, FAQs) to support knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate regular feedback loops between business and technical teams to refine understanding and improve delivery.
• Design solutions and features to high standards and in a timely manner.
• Provide support to business users, explaining data discrepancies.
• Contribute to the strategic vision for building up product meeting target architecture.
• Contribute to team discussions on development issues.

• Solid experience in business analysis, including gathering and translating requirements.
• Good understanding of Product Control, P&L analysis, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in SQL and some knowledge of Python or ETL processes.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
