We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of Service Desk Specialist. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities

  • Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
  • Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
  • Repair and replace equipment if necessary
  • Conducting workshops and training for Office 365 users
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing\

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support area
  • Knowledge of Polish and English language min. B2
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, including Office 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • LAN/Wi-Fi network supervision and Printer hardware configuration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
