We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Leader to oversee from concept to production innovative initiatives in the AI space that support our strategic business objectives.
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
5+ years of machine learning engineering experience in feature engineering, model training, model serving, model monitoring and model refresh management.
Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments.
Proficiency in natural language processing, especially in LLMs and Generative AI systems.
Familiarity with the common frameworks and tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Proven experience with transformer models and an understanding of their underlying principles.
Strong coding and software engineering skills, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.
Skills:
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership capable of mentoring and driving team performance and strong engagement capabilities with senior stakeholders.
