Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, SQL, NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and related cloud services.
- Familiarity with nginx, Jenkins, Splunk/ELK (knowledge of Git Enterprise, Prometheus or Grafana is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.
